Our program is designed for all levels of sailing experience – whether you have always wanted to learn, or if you already feel comfortable behind the helm and would like to sail around the beautiful outer Oslo fjord.

Daily yoga sessions, inside and around our seaside cabin. Because the each day’s instruction starts at our Venus cabin, all you need to do is get from your room to your mat to start each day.
