We believe that practicing yoga beside the ocean offers a unique blend of tranquillity and sensory immersion.

Each morning yoga session happens inside/around our seaside cabin retreat. This means that you can hear the rhythmic sounds of waves and fresh Scandinavian air, amplifying the calming effects of each pose.

Our home, the small seaside town of Kragero offers sanctuary with many small islands and hidden spots. These help deepen the feeling of being present and fostering a clear and focused state of mind.

Our instructors teach a mixture of Hatha Flow, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Kundalini. Each group or week is different to the others, and we are very happy to adapt where ever possible and also offer private classes on request.

By integrating mindfulness with time spent on the sea, sailors (and budding sailors) can enhance their concentration, responsiveness, and overall well-being. We believe this makes for a more fulfilling and mindful sailing experience.
